Unaged pot distilled grain spirit made using 100% Malted Barley.
This is the first in a new series of spirits exploring different ingredients and flavours in the distillery and our first experiment outside the world of rum.
Fermented in open top wooden casks for 5 days then twice distilled on our 200 litre pot still. A full bodied expression of barley character in its simplest form.
A batch of just 36 bottles hand numbered bottles.
