Instead, we like to put a modern twist on the traditional. Bucking the trend and being bold. Respecting the past but moving forward. Making new rules, not following the old school.
Grafting the right way
Following our own path doesn’t mean we cut corners. For starters, we import only the finest authentic rums from the shores of Jamaica and Guyana.
We then carefully blend every drop of our flavoursome, exotic spirit right here at Wester. The result? Sublime tropical flavour with a no-nonsense Scottish spin.
