RUM INFUSED WITH BANANA

Smooth and creamy with pronounced caramelised banana flavour, complemented by subtle vanilla and spice undertones

Banana rum offers a delightful tropical aroma with sweet, ripe banana at the forefront. On the palate, it presents a smooth and creamy texture, with pronounced flavours of caramelised banana, hints of vanilla, and a subtle underlying warmth from the rum. The finish is sweet and lingering.

Nose

Banana Rum Cocktail

Dirty Banana

  • 1/2 cup of Crushed ice
  • 1 to 2 shots of Banana Rum
  • 1/2 shot of Coffee liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • Garnish: Slice of Banana and a maraschino cherry

PREPARATION

  1. Put the crushed ice into a cocktail shaker or blender
  2. Add the Banana rum, Coffee liqueur, cream and milk and mix
  3. Add to a chilled glass
  4. Cut a slit halfway through a banana wheel and hang it on the rim of the glass. Top with a maraschino cherry
