RUM INFUSED WITH DOMINICAN COCOA HUSKS
Expect rich dark cocoa flavours with bitter chocolate notes. This rum works brilliantly in a White Russian style cocktail or with some ginger beer. It also works great served neat over ice with a light rum kick followed by a long dark chocolate aftertaste.

Chocolate Rum Cocktail
- 50ml WESTER Chocolate Rum
- 25ml Coffee Liqueur such as as Kahlua, Tia Maria
- 30ml Milk
- Add ice to serving glass and pour over chocolate rum and coffee liqueur.
- Add milk on top and stir gently.
